C'est la Vie is a 1966 Charlie Morgan 34.

Her home port is Everglades City, FL. Our typical cruising area is Southwest Florida, the Florida Keys, the Southeastern Atlantic Seaboard, and the Bahamas. We are C'est la Vie's third owners and purchased her in 2005. We continue to maintain and update this classic vessel. Please post any questions or comments about C'est la Vie or our travels via the comment links below.

Key Nautical Flea Market

Anne and I are planning to attend the Keys Nautical Flea Market on February 20 & 21. Anne will be working the booth for Ella Vicker's Sailcloth Collection both days. I will be prowling the market in search of deals and supporting Anne. Anne will be driving down to ensure a timely arrival and to handle the handoff of Ella's bags. I hope to sail down with some crew from Sunset Island. My window of time for the sail down is hemmed in by work on either side so the sailing trip is very weather dependent.

By land or by sea we will be at the flea market. Hopefully we can catch up with some familiar faces.

Update from Sunset Island, FL

We have decided to move our C'est la Vie blog to a different site.  Hopefully many of our friends will find us here at the new site.  Winter 2009-10 finds us back at Sunset Island continuing our work with the North Carolina Outward Bound School.  We are not certain of our summer 2010 plans, but we are hopeful they will bring us more sailing adventures than our 2009 summer in Atlanta.  C'est la Vie sat idle last summer ans we are all ready for some more travels.

I keep you all updated as to our summer travel plans as they become more clear.

Fair Winds,

Jeff
