C'est la Vie is a 1966 Charlie Morgan 34.

Her home port is Everglades City, FL. Our typical cruising area is Southwest Florida, the Florida Keys, the Southeastern Atlantic Seaboard, and the Bahamas. We are C'est la Vie's third owners and purchased her in 2005. We continue to maintain and update this classic vessel. and on the side...

Since we were in the bedding and backing business, we also installed port and starboard, stern sheet blocks with backing plates.  In addition to the gallows backing plates we had Paradise Welding create 6" square backing plates for these blocks.  The manufacturer, Garhauer Marine ,  provides an excellent product, but the factory backing plates were less then adequate (approx a 2" diameter circle). The installation of these blocks will free up two snatch blocks that we have previously used for this purpose.
